All pieces made by Design by Synnove remain the exclusive property of Design by Synnove until paid in full by the customer. This includes pieces that may have been delivered prior to full payment as a gesture of good faith.
For comission pieces: Due to the personalised and bespoke nature of custom-made pieces/products, all sales of such produts are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on commision pieces for any rason once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
For non-commision pieces, we offer two weeks returns if you change your mind. The postage/delivery will not be covered by us, and the customer is obligated to organise the return themselves.
